"Toby" Beloved husband of 59 years to Elaine Binder (nee Peters), loving father of David Binder, Diane (Rick) Segers, Don (Rena Phipps) Binder, Denise (Pat) Murray and Debbi (Brett) Papenhagen, Proud grandfather of Anthony, Alison, Eric, Craig, Jeff, Andy, Leah, Logan, Erin, Ryan, Kristin, Tate, Evie and Mack, loyal brother of Mary Ann, Angela, Harold and Kathy and the late Dorothy and Rose. Saturday, February 4, 2017, age 82. Avid fan of all sports, especially XU Basketball. Family will greet friends Friday 5-8 PM at the Vitt, Stermer and Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd.
