Charles J. beloved husband of 61 years to Barbara Miller (nee Garrison), loving father of Ellen (Gordon) Brock, Janet (Dan) Johnson, Mike (Marsha) Miller, Valerie Miller, Jon (Rosanne) Miller, James Miller and Matt Miller, dear grandfather of Nathan, Benjamin (Ashley), Micah, Caleb (Kris), Misty (Stephen), Mark (Stacey), Michael, Minuet, Cindy, Jessica and great-grandfather of Ethan, Emma, Elliot and Elijah, dear brother of Jerry Miller and the late Bill Miller and Joan Rice, dear cousin of Larry Keen. In lieu of flowers, to honor Charlie's patriotism, memorials may be given for a new illuminated flag pole at the church where he served.
