Charles C. Shearer

WWII SHEARER Charles C., passed away August 18, 2012. Age 97. He was born August 24, 1914. Charlie served in the US Army from 1943 - 1947. While in the Army, he was stationed in Iceland & England. Charlie married Jeannette Rodger in 1939 and they were married for 68 years. They resided in Delhi. During his life he was employed as an automobile mechanic and then service manager at Adams Oldsmobile. He worked for MAC Tools until his retirement. Charlie is preceeded in death by his parents Robert Shearer & Ethel Wood and his wife Jeannette. He is survived by his sisters Lorena Maiorano and Pauline (Larry) Risch and numerous nieces & nephews.
