David B. Swift

David B. Swift, born on September 25, 1979, passed away on February 9, 2025. A beloved father, brother, and friend, David left an indelible mark on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Throughout his life, David was known for his love of music and his unique passion for reading tarot cards, which he often used to connect with others on a deeper level. He cultivated relationships that were rich and meaningful, always seeking to bring joy and understanding to those around him.

David was immensely proud of his accomplishments, particularly his distinction as a college graduate, which he regarded as a significant milestone in his journey. Additionally, he found profound joy in being a father to his daughter, Miranda Swift, cherishing every moment they shared. 

David is survived by his daughter, siblings William, Richter and  Mark (Bonnie) Richter, Rhonda (Eric) Miller, and Renee (Randy) Gilpin, along with many cherished nieces and nephews who will carry his memory with them.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Wells and Joyce Swift, and his brother, Keith Johnson. Each of these family members played a significant role in shaping the kind-hearted and vibrant individual David became.

Family will greet friends Friday, February 21st from 5-7 PM at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd.  A graveside service will be Saturday, February 22nd at 10 AM at Arlington Memorial Gardens, 2145 Compton Rd. (45231).  Please meet in the gathering area at the cemetery at 9:45 AM.

As we remember David B. Swift, we celebrate not only the legacy he leaves behind but also the warmth and positivity he brought into our lives. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
