Elizabeth Clifton

Elizabeth (nee Martin) age 87, of Cincinnati, OH (Delhi) passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family & friends on Sat., Nov. 17th 2013. Born on Sept. 6th, 1926 in Corinith, Ky. Married James Walter Clifton (JW) who preceded her in death on Feb. 22, 1975. Loving mother of Barbara (James) Houston, Bonnie (Michael) Van Horn, & Brenda (Manjit) Sambi. Proud grandmother of Michelle (Todd) Turner, Jay (Jennifer) Van Horn, Elizabeth & Megan Drew (Dustin Edwards), Neesha & Jason Sambi. Adoring great-grandmother to TJ, Kelsie, Peyton, Nathan, Kyle & Brandon. Survived by sister in law, Betty Jo Givan & many nieces, nephews & loving friends, including her "adopted" Carter family of Bud, Sue, Shannon (Dave), Kelly, Zachary & Sabine & the Vasko family Janet (Gary) & Zachary. Dear friend of Liz Bell. In addition to her parents & husband, she was preceded in death by sister Beulah Rose Lancaster & brother Cecil Gene Martin. She loved quilting, spending time with her family & friends, her church & will be missed by so many. Her visitation will be Tuesday 10 AM until time of her service at 12 Noon at Price Hill Church of Christ 4430 W. 8th St. (45238).
