Taylor, loving father of Trisha (Joe) Noell and Scott (Susan Dodge) Taylor, grandfather of  Ryan, Jesse, Tyler Noell, brother EJ (late Pauline) Taylor, Bernice (late Bill) Hubble, Marlene (late Gilbert) Wilson and the late WG (Marylee) Taylor, Gladys (Cleo) Rigney, Ferne (Coy) Cooke, Faye (Alvin) Stinnet and Morris (Amelia-living) Taylor, many nieces and nephews
Foster passed away Saturday, June 1, 2024 at age 91. His burial will take place in Kentucky Veteran's Cemetery North, 205 Eibeck Lane, Williamstown, Kentucky (no flower arrangements allowed) on Thursday, June 6th at 12 Noon. (please arrive at 11:45 AM the service will start promptly at Noon)   Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati or American Cancer Society.
