January 23, 1934 — October 17, 2012

Beloved husband to Dorothy (Dottie Forwalt), devoted father to Richard (Gwen), Donna, Carol, Edward, Joe, Scott. Fran retired from Cincinnati Bell August 1982 and lived a good life.
