Beloved wife of the late Robert "Bob" Tarter, loving mother of Dennis (Georgia) Tarter, Debra Tarter, Patti (Greg) Burns and Robert T. (Jennifer) Tarter, dear grandmother of Elizabeth (Eric), Christina (Keith), Sarah, Robert, and great-grandmother of Abigail, Jaden, Aiden and Tyler, dear sister of Donna Schwartz, Frank Sampson and the late Gloria Wells and Leo Sampson, dear aunt of numerous nieces and nephews, also dear family friend, Tom Peck. Passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 26, 2023. Age 92. Visitation will be Saturday, September 30th at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd. from 9 AM until time of remembrance at 11 AM.
