Navy emblem Conn James B., Jr. "Jiggs", beloved husband of Rita Conn (nee Carey), loving father of Brian (Angel) Conn and Brad (Teri) Conn, grandfather of Adam (Brittany), Austin (Toni), Zachary, Annie, Bradley and Sarah, great grandfather of Maddie and Alaina, brother of Betty "Pug" Ingram, Nancy Stowe, Helen Collinsworth, Cindy (Steve) Shearer and the late Jovita Moore, brother-in-law of Brenda (Roger) Riley, uncle to many nieces and nephews, he was also PaPaw Jiggs to many. Jiggs served as a dispatcher and valve operator for the Cincinnati Water works for 37 years. Saturday, March 12, 2011, age 70. Visitation Saturday 9 AM until time of service at 11 AM at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd. Burial will follow at St. Joseph New Cemetery.
