James Presnell

James, devoted husband of the late Virginia Presnell (nee Berninger). Dear companion of Marilyn Heidemann. Loving father of John (Pam) Presnell, Nancy (Skip) Byrd, Karen (Paul) Proctor, Mary (Richard Witt) Byrd, Joseph Presnell, Michael (Hazel) Presnell and the late James (surviving wife, Sandy) Presnell. Dear grandfather of 17 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Samuel (Raye) Presnell and the late Billie Adele Harvey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. James was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII.

James was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII. He received an Asiatic-Pacific Theater Ribbon, Victory Medal, Good Conduct Medal and a Meritorious Unit Award.

Jim was an avid golfer and scored a hole in one three different times.
