(nee Steffen), beloved wife of the late Bill Kelley and dear friend of Bob Smith, loving mother of Mike (Faye) Kelley, Debbie (Keith) Frey, Peggy (Gary) Vick and Joe (Janice) Kelley, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sister of the late Harold Steffen, beloved daughter of the late George and Anna Steffen. She became an angel of Jesus on December 25, 2015. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at Bayley (Enrichment Center) 990 Bayley Place Drive, Delhi from 9:30AM until time of memorial mass at 10:30AM.
