Garrett, loving mother of Jason Garrett and step-mother of Terry (Shannon) Garrett and Patricia Stewart, "Granny Joan" to Taryn, Justin, Brandon, Mika, Casey, Ashley, Mary and Cheyanna, Sister of Arthur J. Baker Jr, John Baker and the late Judy Harrell. Passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2023. Age 80. Visitation will be at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd., Wednesday, June 28th, from 5-8PM. Funeral service will be Thursday, June 29th, 10AM at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to any animal rescue shelter.
