Beloved husband of 55 years to Barbara Backscheider (nee Fritz), loving father of Richard (Michelle) Backscheider, Lawrence Backscheider and Robert Backscheider, dear grandfather of Larry II (Ashly), Joey, Timmy, Bryan (Danielle), Angela, Sara and great-grandfather of Camrein, Aydin, Parker, Jayden and Natalie, dear brother of Charles (the late Mary), Frank (the late Pat), Paul (the late Nancy) and the late Pat (Don still living) Jasper, John (Ann) Backscheider, many nieces and nephews. Passed away Saturday, December 15, 2018. Age 76. Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, December 19th at 10:00 AM at St. Dominic Church 4551 Delhi Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45238. In lieu of flowers, family requests that donations be made to Mercy Cardiopulmonary Rehab Program at Mercy West Hospital, 3301 Mercy Health Blvd, Suite 550, Cincinnati, OH 45211.
