Passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at age 68. Memorial Mass will be Tuesday, June 4th at 10 AM at St. Dominic Church 4551 Delhi Rd. A Celebration of Joe's life will follow at The Public House, 3807 North Bend Rd., Cheviot. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or League for Animal Welfare (https://www.lfaw.org/)
