"Joe" beloved husband of Tammy Osborne (nee Malicoat), loving father of Katlyn, Alexis, Emma, Joseph Jr. and grandfather of Levi Williams, beloved son of John and Gail Osborne and Noble Strunk and the late Barbara Ann Sanford, dear brother of John Jr., Jacklynn and Adam Osborne, uncle of many nieces and nephews, dear grandson of Maryann Osborne and Madlynn Vicars, Passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016. Friends may call at the Vitt, Stermer and Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd. Thursday, February 25th from 5-8PM. Funeral service will be Friday 10AM at the funeral home.
