Joseph N. Rottinghaus

Joseph, Born into this world May 4, 1979; departed from us on Tuesday July 23, 2013, joining his grandparents Robert and Laverne White and Donald and Jeanette Rottinghaus, and good friend Matt Donnelly, in eternal peace. Joey will be terribly missed by his proud parents, Linda (nee White) Van Gunkel and Joe (Jewell) Rottinghaus. He leaves behind his most beautiful gift, his son Austin Rottinghaus, whom he will protect and always love from heaven. As a little brother to Christina Rottinghaus and a big brother to Brittany (nee Gunkel) and John Miller, Joey was first a friend. Fun-loving uncle to Olivia, Annaliese, and Taylor. Adored by his aunts, uncles, and cousins, Joe was a loyal friend to so many. With a passion and love for his Bengals and Reds, we remember Joe and the strength, humility and mischievous smile he brought to all he met. To honor Joe's love to his Cincinnati teams, you are welcome to wear Reds & Bengals gear. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Austin Rottinghaus Education Fund c/o any PNC Bank.
