Joyce Ann Koch devoted mother of Jennifer (Craig) Zornes, Theresa Bradley and Paul Koch and loving grandmother of Rebecca (Brian), Alicia, Michael, Charles, Kelsey, Paul and Kyle passed away on February 26, 2014. Remember, she loved you and liked you.
Joyce was born to Richard August Schweitzer and Virginia Mary Schweitzer on May 26, 1950. She graduated from Western Hills High School in 1968. Joyce retired from the City of Cincinnati on November 1, 2006.
Joyce is survived by her loving father, Richard August Schweitzer; sisters Virginia (Daniel) Faught and Marilyn (Michael) Thomas; brother Richard August (Sharon) Schweitzer, Jr. ; her children Jennifer (Craig), Theresa, and Paul; and her seven (7) grandchildren Rebecca (Brian), Alicia, Michael, Charles, Kelsey, Paul, and Kyle. She will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends .
Visitation will be held at Vitt, Stermer, and Anderson Funeral Home on Friday March 7th from 5 to 8 PM. The funeral services will be at the same location on Saturday March 8th at 10 AM. Burial will follow at Saint Joseph Cemetery located at Pedretti and Foley.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Cincinnati Hospice and Mercy West Hospital for their support in her final days.
