beloved wife of the late Donald F. Johnson and William F. Powers, loving mother of Diane (Ken) Schmid, Donald M. (Kathleen) Johnson, William (Peggi) Johnson and the late Thomas Johnson, grandmother of Ken Schmid Jr., Jennifer (Brent) Seibert, Jeffrey (Heather) Schmid, Olivia (Joe) Cady, Evan Johnson, Desiree (Bryan) Herzner, Sarah (Paul) Miller, Billy (Holly) Johnson and the late Brian Schmid, great grandmother of Ella, Brian, Hazel, Mack, Jo, Ceci, Zachary, CJ, Ashely, Rylee, Lucas, Dominic, Aria and the late Brandon, sister of the late Bill (Erma) Dwyer, Maryanne (Jim) Conner, Tom (Dorothy) Dwyer, Dan (Verna-living) Dwyer, Patricia (Don-living) Smyth and John (Dorothy-living) Dwyer, many nieces and nephews.

Kathy was an activities director at Riverview Nursing Home for many years.  She coordinated a large widow and widowers group in the Cincinnati area.  Kathy helped bring these people together and find a new purpose in life after the loss of a spouse.

Passed away Friday, September 8, 2023 at age 91.  Visitation Thursday, September 14th from 9:30 AM until time of Mass at 10:30 AM at Bayley, 990 Bayley Drive (45233).  Memorials may be made to Bayley, Hospice of Cincinnati or Alzheimer's Association.

After prayers at St. Joe New Cemetery, family & friends are welcome to return back to Bayley to continue to celebrate Kathy's life with food and fellowship.
