Louise B. Dow

Louise is the beloved wife of the late George V. Dow, loving mother of Roger (Bonnie) Dow, Ann (Jim Lawler) Akeson and Paul (Sheila) Dow, grandmother of Rachel Akeson, Laura Chapman, Steve Dow, Greg Dow, Kate Ankeny, Bob and Heidi Dow, great-grandmother of 6.

Louise lived in Cedar Falls, Iowa for 65 years, raising her family and being an active community leader. She was a member of the 1st Methodist Church in Cedar Falls, and worked for nearly 30 years as the Financial Secretary for the church. She was also an avid reader and treasurer for the Friends of the Cedar Falls Public Library. In 2005 she moved to Cincinnati to be close to her Daughter.
