Loving grandmother of 22 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Edward Lipps & the late William Lipps, Helen Koch, Bertha Oeffinger & Frank Lipps & survived by many nieces & nephews. Monday, August 9, 2004.
