Marguerite Florence Brunner CINCINNATI - Marguerite (Maggie) Brunner, a beloved figure in the Cincinnati community, passed away on September 28, 2024 at the age of 91. She was born on February 25, 1933, in Cincinnati and lived a life filled with love, dedication, and kind ness. She dedicated a significant part of her life to education as a Teacher’s Assistant at Oyler School in Lower Price Hill and a staff member at Santa Maria Community Center in Sedamsville, where her nurturing spirit and patience made a profound impact on many children through the years. Family was everything to Maggie’s life, and she took great joy in teaching and playing with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, creating memories that will be cherished for the rest of their lives. Maggie was affectionately known as “Grandma” or “mom” by everyone around her, a testament to her warm personality and the love she spread throughout her family and community. She had many hobbies including: dancing, ceramics, playing cards and watching old movies. She was an absolutely amazing individual. Maggie is survived by her children: Larry Brunner, Dan (Teresa) Brunner, Ed (Malora) Brunner, Valerie Brunner, Pam (Leroy) Vance, and Don (Tra cye) Brunner; grandchildren Michelle, Misty, Kelly, Kyle, Patience, Jamie, Angel, Dawn, Melissa, Thomas, Molly, Michael, Eric, Jeremy, P-Body (Ter ry), Kati, Theresa, Tammy, Tara, Angela, Brandy, Tiffiany, and Donald II; great-grandchildren Brian, Shylo, Macie, Kylee, Natalie, Maximus, Baylee, Carmen, Callie, Carly, Payton, Caden, Charlie, Skye, Rebecca, Kimberly, Dillon, Jacqueline, Shea, Tabytha, Haley, Judith, Isabella, Jaydin, Natalie, Brittany, Madison, Daniel, Sophia, Emma, Landon, Jason, Michael, Trenidy, Dakota, Caleb, Jordan, Jacob, Jaxon, Jailyn, Hailey, Rayvn, Nathan, AJ, Bel la, Zachery, Shane, Kaylee, Noah, Talon, Taylor, Brendan, Isaiah, Landen, ; great-great-grandchildren Kitana, Karly, Navaeh, Ka’Nyla, Samora, Zion, Tom, Brandon, Lillyanna, Vandamay, Koda, Athena, Conner, Ezra, Riot, Autumn, Journee, and Jaxon. Maggie was preceded in death by her husband, Louis L. Brunner, her parents, John and Florence McCoy, her daughter and son-in-law Mary and Donald Cook, her grandchildren Jason, Keith and Tristan, her siblings: Jim Walker, John Howard, Bobby, Mary Jane, Frances, Martha, Tom, George, and Shirley, a great-grandchild Raymond and great-great grandchildren Delilah and Owen. Visitation and burial services will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024, at Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home, 4619 Delhi Rd. The visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by funeral services at 12:00 p.m. with burial at St. Joseph New Cemetery. Marguerite Florence Brunner will be dearly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her legacy of love, warmth, and dedication to family will continue to inspire those whose lives she touched.
