Mary Elizabeth Doherty

Doherty Mary Elizabeth (nee Ebert) Beloved wife of Tom Doherty, loving mother of Susan (Bob) Dahlstrom, Kathleen (Dan) Crable, Beth (Steve) Ventre, Cindy (Dave) Warren, Amy (John) Eckert and the late Tommy Doherty. Cherished Grandmother of Charles, Alex, Meredith, Patrick, Erin, Kelly, Jack, Liam, Madelyn and Colin. Daughter of Aline Ebert and the late George Ebert. Sister of Linda (John) Wilson. Special aunt of Kyle Wilson, numerous cousins and friends. She lived a full life giving of herself to help everybody, especially to her son with the gift of one of her kidneys. She is a retired teacher from Dulles Elementary School. In her retirement she continued giving of herself by volunteering at Oyler Elementary School. Mary was a special person who will be missed by all she touched. Passed away suddenly, May 20, 2007, age 67. Visitation Tuesday 4-8 PM at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd. Funeral Mass Wednesday 10:00 AM at St. Dominic Church. Memorial contributions may be made to Greater Cinti Kidney Foundation or St. Dominic Education Fund.
