Melvin Martin

Martin Melvin E. beloved husband of the late Pauline R. Martin (nee Wilson), loving father of Carol (Greg) Browning, Sue (Mike) Johnson and Jeff (Lisa) Martin, grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, brother of Edith Martin. Mel was a Marine in the Korean War, a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina and a retiree from General Electric Aircraft Engines. Mel and Polly spent their retirement years in North Myrtle Beach where they made many friends. Due to health issues, Mel recently moved back to Cincinnati to be with family. Sunday, August 29, 2010, age 79. Family will greet friends Thursday Noon until 2 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home 8611 Winton Rd.
