Devoted father and father-in-law of Norbert (Janice), Gary (Kathie), Kenneth, Sr. (Diane), Jay (Donna) Schmid, Paula and the late Larry Cocklin, Sr. Loving grandfather of Lori (Joe) Kummer, Lisa (Ted) Sontag, Amy (Mike) Roberts, Norbert III (Ronda), Andrew (Catie), Jason (Shannon), Sarah Beth (Josh) Long, Carly (Tim) Studer, Kenny, Jr., Jennifer (Brent) Seibert, Jeff (Heather), Allison (Mike) McDonald, Emily (Jim) Ramstetter, Rachel, Larry, Jr., Alan (Pam), Adam and Thomas (Erica) Cocklin and the late Brian Schmid, loving great-grandfather of Anthony, Alex, Austin Andrew and Elizabeth Kummer, Dylan, Brandon and Anna Sontag, Rachel and Jake Roberts, Tyler, Ashley, Megan, Max and Nathan Schmid, Annabelle, Grace, Jackson and Audrey Schmid, Lainey and Maxwell Long, Ivy Studer, Isabelle and Ace Cocklin, Lahnah Cocklin, Ella and Brian Seibert, Presley, Cecilia, Myles and Colin McDonald and the late Lucas Ramstetter. Brother of Lucy Gundrum, the late Mabel, Art, Howard, Irv, Mil, Fred, Ruth, Dorothy, Harry, Geneva and Ethel. Passed away Sunday, October 31, 2010. Age 88.
