Mom passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 12, 2023 surrounded by her Children & Grandchildren.  In her last moments on this earth, her family prayed for her peace & comfort.  Mom was devoted to her family.  She loved shopping for others.  One of her greatest gifts was finding the perfect greeting card for any occasion.  This brought happiness and pleasure to her soul.  Mom was an avid reader.  Our family will miss her dearly but we take solace in the knowing she is now at peace and has been reunited with her loving husband and other family members. She is now in the presence of Jesus.  We will remember the memories and cherish the time we had on this earth with her.

Pam is the beloved wife of the late James Cook, a loving mother of Julie (Romy), Jennifer and James (Krystal) Cook, cherished grandmother of Morgan, Jacob, William, James, Brianna and JT, a great grandmother of Isabella, Elijah, Jhordyn, Maddie, Elias, Reilly and Giana, beloved daughter of Betty and the late Thomas Ciolino, dear sister of Craig (Linda), Chris (Laura) and Tom Ciolino.

Visitation will be Friday 8:30 AM until 10 AM at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd.  Funeral Mass to follow at 10:30 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Church.
