Phyllis was a devoted Holiness Pentecostal and loving mother and grandmother. She was born in Harlan Kentucky on April 5, 1943 to Charlie and Clara Saylor and passed away Monday, March 11, 2024 at age 80.

Phyllis is the beloved wife of the late William "Bill" Bryant, loving mother of Deron (Vicki) Bryant, Dale (Marcy) Bryant and Tonia (Joe) Riesenbeck, cherished grandmother of Tyler, Keegan, Heidi, Joey, Olivia, Anna and Kasey, sister of Norma (late Tommy) Conway, Nadine (Howard) Saylor and the late JC (Lilly Mae) Saylor, Jean (Bob) Roy, Geneieve  (Joe-living) Aker, Dorsel (Judy) Saylor and Jerry Saylor, aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Friday, March 15th from 11 AM until time of service at 1 PM at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
