Richard "Dick", beloved husband for 24 years to Cathy Finch (nee Wilson), loving step-son of Jason (Joleen) Todd, dear grandfather of the late Annabelle Todd, dear brother of Robert, Bill and the late Charles Finch, many nieces and nephews, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2014. Age 65. Dick was a long-time member of the Cincinnati Scuba Club. Friends may call at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home, 4619 Delhi Rd. Tuesday 5-8PM. Graveside memorial service will take place Saturday, August 2, 2014 at 10AM at Millville Cemetery.
