Than Cramer, born on September 28, 1957, peacefully passed away on Monday, August 5,2024 at age 66.
Than dedicated his career to working for the Hamilton County Great Parks and Golf courses, where he found joy in being surrounded by nature and ensuring its beauty was preserved for others to enjoy. His passion for the outdoors extended beyond his profession; he had a deep love for biking and embarked on many cycling trips throughout his life. Moreover, Than took great pride in caring for his lawn, a testament to his meticulous nature and appreciation for the simple joys in life.
Than was appreciative of the unwavering love and support shown to him by numerous individuals who assisted him with rides and everyday tasks. We also would like to give a special thanks to Loving Hearts Hospice and Than's care team for their tremendous and loving care to him in his last few months. His kind and humble nature endeared him to many, leaving a lasting impact on all those he encountered.
Than was the beloved son of the late Laurence and Ruth Cramer (nee Brown), as well as an uncle to the late Kaleigh Wilday. He is survived by his loving sister Greta (Skip) Wilday and cherished nieces and nephew Courtney, Oksana, and Trek Wilday.
Funeral service will be Saturday, September 7th at 2 PM at Northminster Presbyterian Church, 703 Compton Rd. (45231). A reception will follow after the service.
