beloved husband of 53 years to Carol Hinton (nee Stern), loving father of Chad (Lynne) Hinton, Craig (Rachel) Hinton, Corey (Brandi) Hinton and Christy (Jamie) Grady, grandfather of Mikayla, Caylan, Joseph, Lydia, Isabella, Ema, Jordan, Layla, Sydney, Hayden, Ethan, Vinny, Caden and Dominic "Munch", son of the late Herman and Evelyn Hinton, brother of Dick (Marlene) Hinton, Mary Lou (Ted) Heyob, Phyllis (late Jim) Cross, Joyce (Walt) Rueckert and the late Tom and Jay Hinton, many nieces and nephews, also survived by his Little Friend "Connie" and Ray Banks and countless other friends and neighbors

Bill was the most devoted husband, father and Pawpaw.  He was an avid golfer and a dedicated worker for Otis Elevator for 40 years.  He is a graduate of Elder High School Class of 65'.  He earned a Purple Heart in the Vietnam War as a Marine.  Most of all he cherished spending time with his family and friends.

He passed away Thursday, August 31, 2023 at the age of 77.  Visitation Friday September 8th from 8 AM until 9:30 AM at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd.  Funeral Mass to follow at 10 AM at St. Dominic Church.  Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati or Tunnel to Towers (https://t2t.org/donate/).
