Louise R. Wells

Louise Rose Wells (nee Zimmerman)
Daughter of the late Joseph C. Zimmerman and Elizabeth Schroeder Zimmerman.  Preceded in death by her husband William B. Wells and siblings Harry Zimmerman, Jean Goodwin, Joseph Zimmerman, Betty Reisinger and Rosemary Fisher. Mother to Ben F. Wells, Sr. (Judy) and grandmother to Ben F. Wells Jr. (Carley), Joseph P. Wells (Abby) and John G. Wells (Layla).  Great Grandma to Elizabeth Rose Wells, Ben F. Wells III, Louise Christine Wells and Magdalena Anne Wells.
Louise was born on May 26, 1928 in Batesville, Indiana and graduated from Oldenburg Academy.  She moved to Cincinnati and had a successful career as a legal secretary at Alcoa and Pearce and Schaeperklaus.  She served on the Palisades Pointe Condo association board and volunteered at St. Frances St. George Hospital and St. Dominic Church.
Louise passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at the age of 95.  Her visitation will be Thursday, October 19th from 8-9:30 AM at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home 4619 Delhi Rd.  Funeral Mass to follow at 10 AM at St. Dominic Church.
Memorials may be made to Oldenburg Academy, St. Dominic Church or St. Xavier High School.
