Caring for all Veterans

We care for the veterans in our community by helping lay them to rest respectfully and with honor when the time comes. We also care for the veterans outside our community by supporting other wonderful organizations that prioritize helping veterans in a myriad of ways.

Below are a few veterans-focused organizations with missions that we admire and support. If you feel inspired to do so, we encourage you to donate to their causes or support veterans in any way you are able.

Wounded Warrior Project

The Wounded Warrior Project is a well-known foundation that supports veterans and their families through a variety of programs. With the help of their supporters, they work to pass legislation designed to support veterans, they strive to provide veterans with access to rehabilitation and help them transition back to civilian life, and fundraise for other initiatives that positively affect veterans. Pets for Vets®

Pets for Vets® connects former military personnel in need of companionship with rescued animals in need of a home, creating a bond of love and support that goes both ways. The foundation has matched over 600 veterans and pets to date and has seen how their work has changed hundreds of lives. To learn more or to make a donation, visit www.petsforvets.com.
